Fee Structure

Trading in the terminal

Every trade in the Arbital terminal costs a flat 0.5%. That is Arbital's only fee. Depending on the asset and venue, your trade may also include small costs that go to the network, not to Arbital - things like slippage (the price moving slightly while your order fills), liquidity pool fees, and network priority fees. These exist on every trading platform; Arbital does not add anything on top of its flat fee.

Automated strategies

These fees apply to the trading volume your bots generate, and vary by venue.

Total Fees Paid = Exchange Maker Fee + Arbital Builder Fee

Arbital charges a builder fee on executed volume. The rate depends on the exchange:

Exchange
Arbital Builder Fee

Hyperliquid

1 bps (0.01%)

Decibel

1 bps (0.01%)

Pacifica

1 bps (0.01%)

Extended

1 bps (0.01%)

GRVT

1 bps (0.01%)

Hotstuff

1 bps (0.01%)

Ondo

1 bps (0.01%)

Hibachi

0 bps (free)

Paradex

0 bps (free)

Risex

0 bps (free)

Phoenix

0 bps (free)

Exchange maker fees still apply on all exchanges that charge them, regardless of Arbital's builder fee.

Example

If you trade on a 1 bps exchange:

  • Exchange maker fee = 1.5 bps

  • Arbital builder fee = 1.0 bps

  • Total cost = 2.5 bps

This means: every $1M in volume will cost around ~$250 in fees paid.

If you trade on a 0 bps exchange:

  • Exchange maker fee = 1.5 bps

  • Arbital builder fee = 0 bps

  • Total cost = 1.5 bps

Every $1M in volume costs ~$150, paid entirely to the exchange.
